I always wanted to do a comparison with these two products. I want to know which works better and how different can these two products be from each other.
Well here are the comparison I have done and also the topics touched in the video.
L'oreal - Oil Based - 125ml - $13.90 - dermatological tested - No scent - Side effect
Neutrogena - Oil-free - 112ml - $12.95 - Aloe & Cucumber extracts - Alcohol scent - No side effect
Well you can definitely see which product won HOWEVER, to know why and how I conclude them, WATCH MY VIDEO!

Charlene & I planned the night earlier to head to the sale after seeing the FB post from Shiseido Singapore. She was excited for the Shiseido Skincare range and I, the Nars sale. It is the first NARS sale in Singapore since they've launched.
We queud a good 1 hour before the sale and they were about 06 girls in front of us. Once the door was opened, we were all ready to head in. The first stop I went to was the NARS counter. People were charging the Cle de Peau Beaute counter since they have good great deals. Saving $500 for a set of skincare range is really no joke. Anyways, my total damaged was $130 and I only got 04 items. Compared to Estee Lauder's sale which I went last April,I did get more quantity from the sale at the same price.
Also if I may add, Shiseido should see how Estee Lauder handles and run their sale. It is much more organized, prices are stated clearly to avoid having the people behind the counters to answer to everyone screaming and yelling on how much the products are. Also, its better to have sign and display of the products according to categories so that it is much more organized and people dont go frantics. I went to 04 Estee Lauder sale and so far, in terms of product knowledge, prices ranges and product handling, went very smooth and was very organized. Just my 2 cents.
On to my haul!
I saw a couple of duo eyeshadows and nail polishes but these products caught my attention. I always have my NARS wishlist with me and the two main products are the Casino Bronzer and Galapagos eyeshadow. I swatched it and fell in love. So without knowing the price (Which does not happen very often, me being disillusional) I took them and put them in my plastic bag. I have always been a fan of bright lipsticks, so you can bet I helped myself with the lipstick!
Then, I always wanted to try this but never get to buy it because it cost just too darn much. And so, knowing it was only $50 a bottle, I bought one. I know I should have bought two...or three... haha! Silly me. Oh wells, it was a happy buy!
Who would ever thought, another sale was waiting for me....
On to my Watson Haul. I bought mostly essential products but I am excited for the make up stuffs though! Lets scroll down shall we?
Spot on! Start right smack with the cosmetic products! These products have 25% discounts on them and hence I enjoyed greater savings!
These are the products I bought:
- Maybelline Volume Express Mascara Cat Eyes - Revlon Photoready BB cream in 003 Medium - Maybelline Fashion Brow Mascara in Brown - ZA Eyebrow pencil in Natural Brown - Maybelline Watershine in P22
My skin is rather dry nowadays despite the humid weather. I thought I would try this cute packs and see how it works and hopefully my skin gets more supple and less dull due to all the dry skin!
Here are the swatches! Casino Bronzer
Maybelline Watershine Lipstick in P22
NARS Funny Faces Lipstick

Because i was too busy over the past few months, I usually buy the stuff and start using them. I forgot when was it exactly when i buy these products. Watson have been having alot of sales lately. Member or not, everybody gets to benefit. So if you miss the sale this time, fret not, there will be one coming soon before you knew it. People queue for these sales.
Watson, good job! Great marketing!
AQUALABEL Sun Block SPF 50PA+++ - I have used two bottles of the Shiseido AQUALABEL Sun block White Up Base SPF 25PA+ and I thought of trying a product which has a higher amount of SPF on it. And since i have a history of breaking out whenever i try new products, I came to a conclusion of getting the same brand, with the same line but contain a much higher SPF which is the Sun Block 50PA+++. Remember girls, SPF IS REALLY IMPORTANT! Just like how fruits are vital for your body. Anyway, after using this for quite a while now, there are certainly no signs of breaking out and I like how the products smoothen my face out and it does not make my face oily or appear greyyish due to the white formula. It is not too watery either so that is a good consistency when applying it on the face.
DOVE Overnight Hair Treatment- My dear friend bought this back when we were in Bangkok. And I loved what it did to my hair. It made my hair instantly shiny and soft and smell oh so good! Apply this on damp hair and see what it turns out when your hair gets dry. Love.
VICHY Purifying Foam Cleanser - I have been using the Avene Gel Cleanser and i thought i wanted to try something new. I bought this and the first time when i was using it, the scent was really overpowering. I was scared that it might complicate my sensitive skin, but nothing bad came up out of it. It was however drying my face out where i see dry flakes of skin appear on my cheeks. So for people with dry skin, skip this.
Normaderm Anti-perfection concentrate - I always stock up on these. My HG product ever. I recomended it to everybody! They have new graphic packaging now. Not bad! Read here for my review.
Olay White Radiane Eye Serum - I have heard raves about this product after seeing some Singaporean bloggers gave good reviews on this product. I thought of giving this a try. I am on my late 20s and I have been using eye product since I was 20 however i never really buy a product which targets just for brightening the under eye area. So with this I am determine to see what and how it shows up.
Well ladies, those were the skincare products I bought recently. Have you tried any of these? What was your experience like?

Well ladies, those were the skincare products I bought recently. Have you tried any of these? What was your experience like?
Recently, I went to Watson and wanted to grab an eye pencil for lazy days. However i have a history of having smudged, melted and smeared eyeliners on my under eye area at the end of a humid day. I know for sure, I am not alone when it comes to pencil eyeliners. I have tried tonnes of products and nothing works. When i saw the name of product and how "DARING" Silkygirl are to claim a 20Hr perfect stay eyeliner, I was intrigued but curious at the same time. Since the price was $8.90 and I get a free eyeliner, i thought hey why not! It was a great deal after all.
It is packaged in a mini black cardboard box which clearly states the offer and displayed on the shelves. I took the products out of the packaging and I layed them both for a photo-taking session.
Texture / Finishes
The eye pencil is more like a kohl. It is very creamy but not so soft that when you sign your name, it breaks. So thats a good thing. No tugging of eyelid were involved. The colour is really dark as you can see below and you know how sometime drugstore product can appear grey rather than black.
Swatches
Above photo shows the intensity of the eye pencil. This is only 1-application. There is no double application here.
I tried to see if it is oily or smudgy by rubbing it after i drew it on my eye. See how the colour is still intact?
Was it Long lasting?
Eyelids
I applied it in the morning and at the end of the day, It faded slightly. It is still visible and am still intact on my eyes.
Under Eye Area
It smudges and blends well when I took a Q-tip to blend it around my under eye area. At the end of the day, it smudges slightly but it is less major than most of my high end eye pencils to date. I have used this eyeliner on my under eye a couple of time. I am confident that it wouldn't smudge too bad on me.
Ratings
I would recommend my readers to give this a try. It is not the perfect eyeliner but it is worth the money I paid for. It did not melt on me and I will continue using it. One of the better eyeliner i have used. Ever. Thanks for reading!

Been a while since i blogged on my purchases isn't it?! Well its here. I spent a total of $100+ at Watson. I needed to replenish my stuffs and i had only one opportunity to buy them. And so here it is!
Products Mentioned: - Watson Cotton Pack - Moroccan Argan oil Shampoo (its amazing actually!) - Kotex Luxe 23cm Pads - Watson Baby wipes - Avene Gentle Cleanser - Bio Oil - Revlon Lip Butter in Tutti Frutti - Loreal Oil Eye and lips Make Up Remover - Majolica Majorca Frame Plus Mascara - Taiwan lash - Mac Pigment in Violet
This might come off really late. Many bloggers must have mentioned about the updates but i recently just saw it at watson store and i was thrilled to find tutti fruiti! Its the coral- orange shade that i adore so much. So i bought it immediately. I love how the lipsticks are sheer almost stain like but still pigmented. They do however dry my lips up at the end of the day. Initial part to it, it definitely gave me a moisturised "senaation". Haha! Its true though!
The new shades released are sugarfrosting, sweet tart, tutti fruitti and berry smoothie. They are priced at $15.90 each.
Did you buy any of them? How do you like it then?
