I am back with my reviews galore! And today i am reviewing the ELF make up wipes.

This cost me $2.50 after 50% off in elf.com. So, initially i was planning to get MAC wipes, until i came across this. It is super inexpensive and it does takes off the make up away. I like how the scent is very refreshing and it does not come off too strong.

Gently and easily cleans skin to remove all traces of makeup and dirt, even waterproof mascara. Great for on-the-go travel. Gentle cloths are soft and soothing for even the most sensitive skin. Infused with Aloe Vera Extract for deep hydration and moisture. 20 Pre-moistened cloths included. Gently wipe face with the cloth to remove dirt and makeup. Rinse off with warm water and towel dry. Dispose of the cloth in trash receptacle (do not flush). After removing cloth, reseal and close lid. Package: 6.5"L x 4.5"W x 1"H Cloth: 7.25"L x 6.75"W

My take:

I like how it is very soft on my face and wipe my make up at just one swipe. But when i start wiping my eye make up, it stings my eye really bad and made me tear as if i was cutting onions. It was painful for my eyes. So the next time i used this, i avoided my eye area, and it was alright. I guess you could not use this around your eye area as it stings really bad.

The tissue came off really easily. And i like how the packaging keeps the tissue moist. They are not oil base therefore removing mascara and eyeliner might not be the best idea. Plus it stings! So, i guess, to save up from paying and waiting for the shipment of the elf wipes, i suggest you our loval guardian wipes which my dear mya have done a great review on. :)

To summarize, August was a chaotic month for me. School started, time was very crucial. Assignments were overloaded. Work was kinda rough. But i enjoyed the moments where there were a meet and greet session with the beauty bloggers and attended the Glow workshop with Lin and Mamarose. August was SUPPOSED to be on a make up ban for me. I failed terribly. I am ashamed. If you are a teen, and see me as an idol, please consider because i am not strong and do not stay within my words! I dont deserve to be looked upon! I failed miserably on my make up ban! haha! Also, my macbook was sent for repair. I spent 2 weeks with my slow PC and am still encountering a love hate relationship with it. I am pretty impressed that i did not shopped too much online and i managed to save money for my MAC fund. Alot of great collections coming up soon. So yeah, This month was pretty fast. So is September. Cut to the chase, these are my fav AUGUST items!

My August Favourites are:

1) ELF Make Up remover wipes

I do not want to rub it in as many of my blogger have not received their elf packages yet. But i know for the fact that only Jay got this. Well huney, great buy because this is awesome! It is one of the thing i grab most frequently. Reviews willl be out only when all of you have received your stuffs yah.

2) Make Up Forever HD Primer

Every morning. Never leave the house without it. This saves my money. In a way that it prevents me from using up my blot powder or touch up with my blush and what not. Great investments. Review is here.

3) Mac Beauty Powder Blush in Stark Naked

I have been finding for this blush for a long time and once i got it. Its like such a reward wearing it on my cheeks. It is long lasting like many MAC blushes are, plus i love how it have golden glitters to it. Which creates a nice glow.

4) Elf Studio Powder Brush

I know alot of people ordered this. It is such an amazing brush. I love this brush. LOVE IT SO MUCH! No reviews till all products are distributed.

5) Stage Wonderluxe Matte Lipstick in Pastel Posy

I have done a review on this. I love the colour. It is amazingly soft on the lips and does not dry my lips out.

6) Make Up Forever Matte Velvet Foundation

I have to give all credits to Lin again and again for giving me this as sample. I love it. The consistency is great. It may seem thick at first but i apply it with a wet 109 brush and it is just amazing. Easy to blend and long lasting. Super long lasting. And its amazing how my skin and Lin has the same shade! I am def going to buy my own bottle of it.

7) Chanel Glossimer in Nebula

Another month, my chanel glossimer deserve great credits. Definitely a non-sticky gloss. LOVES IT! It looks super creamy on top of any lipstick on!

8) Coastal Scents Loose Eyeshadow in Vintage

Another sample given by Lin, this eyeshadow is a perfect gold for me. A gold i can use on a normal basis. It is a light yellowish gold when layered on top of rubenesque, it is truly an amazing colour. Let me know if you want swatches. I love it. Alot of days i reach for it for a nice glow on my lids :)

This is the email i received from Anna.

I msged her, called but she wouldnt pick up. The last she told me is to wait for the package to reach me. It might take another week. Well, i received the first part last monday..and the second package is not here yet. Now its Tuesday. I am very worried. 20% of each and everyone of your products have not arrived yet. Keep your fingers and toes crossed. I hope it will by miracle drop down from the skies...

I msged her, endlessly, i have never been as irritating as ever. But i mean its YOUR money im responsible to. So yah. Plus, she promised me a list of all the items pending. which she didnt. She really isnt that responsible to begin with. I mean i literally paid her to order for us. And she knew that i ordered the most out of all her buyer..i ordered first at least $350. So, why not i be her priority right? Everyday i msged her. I am not so excited on my stuffs but more of you girls to get your stuff. Its been too long. The longest in my online life. I know Sarah claims she waited at least 2 months for her stuffies. But my longest wait was 2 weeks. So this is absurd. Its almost 1 month 11 days. Elf was back ordered, and when it arrived it was only a partial of stuffs.

What i want Anna to do is just to update me. Let me know when the parcel might be reaching. Just a touch of hope for me. She is truly not doing so. I do not have any tracking number to track for. She left me hanging. What should i do?

Firstly i would like to say thank you to my man for voluntarily pick up the stuffs for my dear worried readers when i was busy having classes. Thanks adib! Loves! He also helped me packed all the stuffs accordingly. haha! So yey! We did it till 1 am. So i tipped him with a nice meal and his fuel topped up! hahaha! Well yeah..SAY THANKS ADIB!!! QUICK!...ahahah yey!Before you go all gaga and scream with excitement, i gotta stop you. Not all the products are here yet. Remember i told you there are gonna be 2 package? One arrived. Another 46 more items will be here i think end of this wk. I have successfully packed all your items accordingly and Boy i am happy! 

So yes, the products are not all here yet. Even my products are incomplete. The only orders i can post out are for Sophia Yue, Maria and Rab. The rest. You gotta wait. But looking at your stuffies there laying obidiently, it should put your mind to rest that its safely with me hah...ahhaha!

Ok people, we all know that this spree is exceptionally long. Thanks for being patient or at least you tried being patient about it. Now, I had Anna ordered the stuff on 6th June 2009. And not it marks one month of the spree which had long begun. The thing is, if you are not clear that the postings have 2 steps. One step is from the distributor to the USA address then the USA address to mine. So now, ELF just sent the stuff at the USA address only today. So it takes them one month to process and have all the stuffs packed. 1 MONTH?! You must be kidding! Ok so there are back ordered because the studio and mineralized items are out of stock, so we have to wait for the delay. But, aren't they suppose to have all stocks-ready since they are much more diversify right about now? Ok..so much so for my ramblings, here comes the money part.

The next update will be "TAI-LONG TIME!" I shall go down to your house, knock your door, slam it down and ask you to pay up for your shipments.

What are handling fee?

For me to pack it to serve you better. Bubble Wraps, Stamps, envelopes plus my time sorting it all out. Those are handling fees.

What am i paying for the Shipment?

ELF packed our stuff-----FLY TO-----USA BRANCH OFFICE----FLY TO-----SINGAPORE POST OFFICE BRANCE

- The shipment from the ELF department to USA Post office Branch. From USA Post Office Branch, it is shipped to Singapore Post office Branch.

I have paid handling fees, why do i have to pay more?

- Because, you have to pay for your own shipment of products (as stated before i take any order for the ELF Sprees) from the USA to Singapore. Others (delivery from Singapore Post office Branch to my place and posting to your house) will all be covered by me.

What should I worry now?

Just wait for an update from me to quote you your shipment cost.
