I always am a big fan of creme blushes. I find that they have the most natural flush of colour on anyone's cheeks. It will not be cakey and it almost looked like you blush all the time!! So, i went to try the I Nuovi Cheek Blush in Dolly as it is the only coral tone which I Nuovi offers. It comes in 3 colours.

So as you can see, it is a faint of colous on my cheeks. I can still add a powder blush on it so it stayed all day, but i wanted to test it out. The colour is buildable.

The process of applying. Second pic depict me rubbing it once, 3rd, twice and consecutively. You can tell how it almost became almost non-visible. But worry not, as it can be build on.

It is a cream to powder blush. It is matte. I had trouble intially squeezing the cream out, i think the blush got all hardened inside. Got adib to help squeeze it for me (best squeezer if you know what i mean~ haha!) ok, back to it now.- So, i apply this with my blush, applying it on my fingers and dap it on my cheeks and blend it in circular motions. The scent of lavendar is quite strong. If you are particular about that, you can skip this. But i think the application of this is very smooth, the blush creme glides nicely and are easy to blend.

Why Adorebeauty Hates it?

This does not last. At the end of the day, i could not see my blush on my cheeks. Even when i apply it buildable amount of blush on my cheeks, it does not appear after 6 hours later. I do not know whether it is me being too oily or what not, but its gone. All i can do it, after work, wash my hands, and reapply it on my cheeks. Apart from that, i like this blush. Always a fan of cremes and i like this one. But i will not re-purchase as i think lasting power is as important especially lazy bums like me, i do not do touch up. I just don't.

I love how it moisturises my lips. It keeps it moist and not greasy. The consistency is thick. It is easy to use, without using fingers. I could not use anything with my fingers. Anyway, i use this only before sleep. At night, when i apply this, I feel like the formula does something to my lips. I have super chapped and dry lips. And every morning i have to scrub it with my towel. So when i wake up, i see a white layer on skin coated on my lips when i brushed my teeth. I know, sounds gross, but when i lightly brush my toothbrush on my lips, they are actually my dry lips! So, considering Carmex helped remove my dry lips in the morning. And even when i woke up, i can feel the balm still lingers on my lips. No joke!

And once, i had a chapped lips. After it bled, i apply this carmex on my lips so that none of the other parts of my lips would tear off too. Little did i realize it heals super fast! Amazing. I really love this product.

Why Adorebeauty Hates it?

I think its too thick. That is why i apply only at night, because in the day, i feel like something is coating my lips which i feel uneasy about. So it helps to remove my dry skin. It helps to moisturise. But it is not my to go lip balm. Nivea still kicks it in. I hate the smell. I find the smell is too strong. They come in its original scent too. So yeah I should have gotten that. Needless to say, it does not affect my ratings. :)

I bought it when there was a promotion on buy 2 for $20. I apologize that i do not know the usual price of it, if anybody do, please mention it on the comment box ok? So i got one and my bestay had his. So, i thought this would be a great highlight colour. So, i purchased it. When i first swatched it, it is super pigmented and was really happy with it.

It is somehow chalky especialy when i apply it on my highlight area. Even with a fluffy blending brush, it does appeal chalky. Hmm..or maybe it is the colour's effect.

it says that it can be applied wet or dry...so i tried picking up the colour, and spray fix+ on my brush bristle.

Its inexpensive and i love the cute packaging and that it has more product in it than MAC does. I also do love the fact that it is so smooth to touch with.

Its chalky! Well it shows. And when it is applied wet, it became very powdery and has this small particles which feels like an eyeshadow which could not be applied wet, even though they do state that way. Well, my experience with it is certainly not a good one i suppose.

Well, firstly it is obvious i bought it from Coastal Scents. I did not order it myself, I actually had Lin to help me with the orders, because she is a pro on that and i am such a loser when it comes to purchasing online. haha! Doesnt this brush look like MAC 227? Well it is nothing like it because i am not going to compare it with MAC's quality as they are very different. Its affordable.the bristles are soft, dense and it picks up colour really well. How could i not love this brush? The bristles are synthetic therefore, mac 227 is definitely way softer. But this brush fits perfectly on my highlight area. It is amazing at blending out the colours as well! The pink wood handle is so light and adorable! Gripping the brush is great too. I have never encoutered any bristles shed at all for so many times i deep clean and spot clean it. It is just amazing.

I just do not like the plastic ferrel..thats all. It makes the brush look all plastic-ky.

So my review on MAC CREMESHEEN finish Lipstick in Creme Cup. I think this colour is limited edition. Although, if you want to get this, you can go try Galleria, DFS hopefully they still have it there. Well, it was there when i last visited. Anyway, this is my first cremesheen lipstick. :p

Cremesheen is the new and improved amplified cream formula, so buttery smooth and uber-creamy on the skin, and pigmentation is amazing.

This lipstick is super pigmented, it glides smoothly on my lips. Amazing texture. I have the Luster and Satin finishes, and I really like the cremesheen finishes. The lipstick is so creamy, i do not need a second coat of it. Just once, and my lip colour is off!

However, the finishes is nicely buttery and smooth, it is not at all moisturising. Well, i do not expect MAC lipstick to be "moisturising", but these lipstick is smooth when i apply it on BUT after about 20 mins, i can tell it is drying out my lips. Just like what my satin lipstick does. So what i did was, i apply lip balm before i apply this lipstick, and it helps a tad though. Next, the colour. Creme cup is a cool pink colour. And this colour washes me out totally. I look like im sick! It just shouts "NUDE-FONE-WRONG" for me. So i always apply my Chanel Glossimer in Nebula on top to add a tint of pink on it. And it helps too.

So you can tell that, on its own, i could not wear it as it is. But still i do love the lipstick. Been wearing it for all my exam papers. haha!

Alot of your requeste d i did a review on this lip concealer. I bought it at the s=time when MAC release its lip erased. I think it cost more than $25, i am not too sure, but i do know that this canmake one is much cheaper. It is $14.95. I go it from Sasa Marina Square, which is a bigger Sasa..i don't think other Sasa would have. So yeah. Anyway, on to the lip concealer. The texture is very creamy and glides smoothly on my lips.

Now, before i apply the concealer, i apply a balm beforehanmd because it can be a bit drying so take note of that.

Look at how vibrant the colour is?! I have to say, it gave me two looks in one lipstick. I can go fun and vibrant with the concealer on, or i can go sophisticated without the concealer. When i apply the concealer, its consistency is really nice, smooth and thick. Buildable for you desired look. BUT when i apply the lipstick, the lip concealer glides and shifts. So instead, i pat the colour on my lips instead of glide it on my lips. I think there is a technique behind applying your lipstick on it as i certainly hates the concealer gliding off.

As, the colourof the concealer shifts, i realise my lipstick has this milky substance from the concealer and it ain't cute. So i tried the next time, using a lip brush and at least it is better. So take note of that, i think the best way is not to just glide your lipstick on the concealer. As it makes the base shifts and your likpsticks nasty. But beyond all, i really liked the finish, And i chose a colour which everybody can see its contrast. Otherwise, i would have taken nude, and its not much of a help to see the difference. I like that the concealer is not drying to my lips after a while and it allows my lipstick to be more multi-use in a way.

Would I buy it again? Yes and No.

I got this from a flowerpodder in case you didnt catch the entry i had earlier on, and i got it for only $36. Its a steal! Anyway, you can get this online from beauty.com, sephora.com & nars.com. NARS blushes are highly raved. It is a high-end brand many beauty junkies would love to owned. Well, I am one of them. So, I was recommended by many to pick up NARS Sin blush as it would compliment my skin and it did!

Initially I when i first recieved it, I thought " DANG! It is sooo tiny!" It is smaller than a Credit CARD! And abit bigger than a MAC blush. Comparative diagrams:

My take:

How can I ever point out any flaw from NARS blush. My first NARS item. The blush is divine. I know i might exaggerate. But i have to say, its true that if you apply something expensive, and high-end, you feel extra special that day. I do feel that too. I am keeping to one nars for the moment because i do not want this feeling to go away and i would grow tired of it. Now, onto the blush. I love how the blush are so pigmented. And how long they last on my cheeks. Even beyond 12 hours, my blush is STILL THERE! Mac can't even beat that. I have to touch up on those. Anyway, the blush blends easily but i wish it wasn't so powdery. When i pick itup lightly with my brush, the glitter went everywhere, the blush was rather powdery. But i still dig it. I am not a fan of plum blush, but this knock my senses off. I love it! If you want to get nars item, start with its blush as it will give you the best impressions ever. The only cons i would say is its expensive. CRAZILY friggin expensive! Thats all loves.
